By Phone. To either book using our 24 hour automated system please call 0871 230 3200. If you need to change a booking or speak to a member of staff the cinemas direct number is given in the opening section of the 0871 message. We regret that staff cannot take bookings on this number. 0871 calls cost no more than 10p/minute peak rate from a BT landline. Calls from mobile operators will vary. The booking fee by this method has a minimum charge of £1.00 for one or two tickets, and 50p/ticket after that up to a maximum of £3.50. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. A credit or debit card is required and promotional vouchers cannot be used. Where seats are being allocated for a performance, this system will choose the best ones available on your behalf. For technical reasons, unfortunately, we are unable to waive the booking fee for Atrium Menders as this facility is outsourced to a secure 3rd party.

Online. A credit or debit card is required, and vouchers cannot be used on our web service. A charge of 75 pence per ticket booking fee is applied, to a maximum of £3.75. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. Where seats are being allocated this method allows you to choose where you would like to sit. Access for the disabled:

The Atrium is fully accessible to customers using wheelchairs. all screens have chair spaces adjacent to one or more regular seats, to enable you to be seated next to anyone you may choose to come with. The screens all have level access and there are loop systems in Screens 1 and 3. Screen 1 has subtitling on demand for the profoundly deaf.

As access to the passenger lifts is via a separate entrance, it would help us to help unassisted wheelchair users if you could let us know you are coming in advance. however, it's not a problem if you can't.

Travelling to the Atrium

There are two large car parks, one opposite the Atrium building and one close by, that are currently free after 6.00 pm and on Sundays, and are reasonably priced at other times. For customers choosing to arrive by bus, several routes have stops close by. East Grinstead rail station is less than 10 minutes away.
