Whether you're looking for a group film screening, birthday party, or to hire a screen for a presentation or conference, the environment of a cinema auditorium offers unparalleled comfort at affordable prices.
With the latest in Digital Sound & Projection technology at all locations, we are well equipped to handle a wide range of audio visual media and our experienced Cinema Managers and Technicians are on hand to help you every step of the way.
We have covered many events - from school screenings of current release films, to Short Film Festivals, corporate meetings, and industry screenings. Hire prices vary, depending on the customers requirements. The following outline some commonly requested options, however, as one size does not fit all, please contact us for accurate final pricing.
Our base offering and entry level price band is for an Auditorium hire with no bells and whistles. This gives you the space you need for up to 3 hours.
The price will vary from £120 to £310 depending on the day, and time of day. Outside of peak hours on weekdays (outside of school holidays) is the best value option, and of course, a peak time Saturday night hire is going to be the most expensive option, but we will tailor the offering to suit your needs.
These base Auditorium Hires are great for meetings and corporate events, gaming, or where you're providing your own content.
Adding a film screening to a hire makes it a great choice for a party, celebration or corporate event.
For a film on active release that is playing in any one of our cinemas within 8 weeks of the release date, it's a flat charge of £4 per person attending, in addition to the base Auditorium Hire cost.
Where you would like us to obtain archive content or specialist film releases, there's a flat fee from £250 - this is because film studios charge us a set amount to hire a film. Some distributors may charge more.
If you're looking to screen an archive title, let us know what you'd like to see and we'll check whether it's available. Because it can take some time to talk to film studios, we generally need two weeks notice to be able to confirm this. We can't show commercial DVD/BluRay movies as all content exhibition in cinemas is licensed, nor can we play Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon Prime content.
We like to think that we can come up with anything you might need!
We're able to add food and drink offers to a hire from just £1.60 per person for a popcorn and drink combo, right up to a fully catered buffet.
If you need specialist technical help for your hire from one of our skilled in-house Technicians, there's a £60 additional flat fee, but that inlcudes unlimited advance set up and testing as well as help on the night. That also covers the use of microphones, lighting and some multi-format playback sources.
If you want to hire one of our largest auditoria for a prime time slot, there will be an additional £50 charge.
We'll do our best to price up your hire as quickly as possible, so do get in touch with us today by:
